Caramelized Onion JamGreat on a burger; roast beef sandwich; as a finishing sauce on grilled steak.
Champagne Garlic JellyGreat condiment on a sandwich; goes well with cheese & crackers; mixed with olive oil makes a nice garlic vinaigrette; baste on grilled chicken, salmon or any fish.
Cranberry Pepper JellyGreat over any soft cheese; great glaze on chicken or fish; add a bit to your favorite stir fry.
Habanero Gold Pepper JellyMade with fresh Habanero peppers this jelly is for the more adventurous customers who have said that the Jalapeno pepper jellies just weren't hot enough. Habanero Gold puts the heat at a whole new level!
Apricot Chipotle SauceAwesome finishing sauce for beef, chicken. Great glaze on shrimp; goes incredibly with pork; nice dipping sauce for grilled shrimp, chicken tenders or mini egg rolls.
